Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Have hands-on experience running and optimising channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Provide examples of social media channels you have run.
- Have coordinated influencer collaborations end to end, including research, creator selection, negotiating terms and contracts, execution, and wrap-up learnings.
- Be able to write and adapt content in Polish for a Polish audience.
- Have a genuine interest in mental health, through education or personal experience.
- Bring an empathetic personality and a strategic, curious, insightful mindset.
- Be comfortable analysing data and testing new solutions.
- Nice to have: experience with influencer collaborations for SaaS products or apps.
- Nice to have: experience with website UX optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee influencer and social media activities and production.
- Manage offline events, including PR stunts and brand activations.
- Localise ad assets, landing page copy, mailings, SEO, and ad headlines for Polish audiences.
- Read dashboards to understand why campaigns work or stall.
- Run tests across channels and turn findings into a clear point of view.
- Shape a strategy for the Polish market informed by category and competitor activity.
- Own content localisation, influencer collaborations, local partnerships, and awareness activities after the trial period.
