Job Details

Have 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
Have managed $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
Have full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
Have experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
Be fluent in GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboards.
Be able to write creative briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly.
Have experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
Be perfectly fluent in English.
Be comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.
Subscription-model experience and familiarity with CAC/LTV frameworks are nice-to-haves.
Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth is a nice-to-have.

Lead one or two paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns based on performance.
Build and iterate on scalable acquisition funnels against growth targets.
Run high-velocity tests across creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CAC and LTV.
Monitor performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior to guide decisions.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks for strategic and tactical decisions.
Brief creative hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
Collaborate with content and product teams to launch and iterate on landing pages.
Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate placements and deals, and evaluate new acquisition opportunities.
Develop automation, SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines to scale campaigns.
