Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in corporate travel/TMC operations or strategy and operations.
- Have 2–3 years of experience in a senior operating or lead capacity.
- Demonstrate a track record of turning strategy into executed outcomes in a fast-moving, scaling business.
- Coordinate across functions and align and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Be a decisive, creative problem-solver who drives work to completion.
- Be comfortable working with clients and representing the business externally.
- Be fluent with modern technology and operating tools.
- Communicate clearly and set expectations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Take defined Options Travel strategies and initiatives from plan through execution to measurable outcomes, and report results to the CEO and stakeholders.
- Set the operating cadence and coordinate Sales, Operations, the online booking tool (OBT), Account Management, and Accounting.
- Serve as the day-to-day Options–Engine point of contact once the online booking tool is live, resolving issues and coordinating fixes, pricing, and technology needs.
- Organize Options Travel contracts and partner with Engine counsel to keep agreements current and moving.
- Work directly with clients to resolve issues and support retention and growth in partnership with the CEO and division leaders.
- Identify and implement processes that increase scalability and operational efficiency.
- Support partner-network and global-fulfillment efforts as needed.
