Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations role.
  • Healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to solve problems resourcefully and work through ambiguity.
  • Ability to drive results through direct execution and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to build client relationships and align internal and external stakeholders around shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute plans for successful program launches, ongoing optimization, and long-term client success.
  • Track key milestones, identify risks, and help drive successful client outcomes.
  • Support clients' day-to-day needs and translate their goals into actionable next steps for PHIL.
  • Analyze program performance against key success metrics, build reports and dashboards, and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations to optimize program performance, program rules, prescriber engagement, and patient experiences.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact for discussions about performance, goal alignment, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with client success, product, and operations teams and external client contacts to resolve issues.
  • Help maintain program data quality and identify improvements to reporting, tooling, and operational processes.
