Job Details

Have demonstrated experience in training, onboarding, implementation, or enablement roles, ideally in SaaS.
Have a background in PropTech or commercial real estate, such as property operations or accounting.
Show experience working with large or enterprise customers.
Have experience managing customer-facing projects.
Be skilled at giving product demos and guiding customers through solutions.
Be familiar with Salesforce, MS Teams, and project tracking platforms.
Have knowledge of accounting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Sage Intacct.
Have strong project management expertise.

Deliver engaging, jargon-free training to end users and executives, virtually or in person.
Run onboarding projects from kick-off to handover.
Understand each customer’s business and tailor their setup for long-term success.
Troubleshoot early-stage challenges and act as a trusted advisor.
Coordinate with Product, Support, and Success teams to keep onboarding on track.
Translate customer needs into practical system configurations.
Work with product experts to identify suitable workflows and features.
Redefine customer processes to align with product features.
