Requirements
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Understand Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
- Have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Have experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Be familiar with Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Git, and DX CLI.
- Hold Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Developer II is a plus.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Be located in the CET timezone (+/- 3 hours).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning components.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Optimize performance and ensure platform scalability and security.
- Collaborate with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to fellow developers.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution design discussions.
