Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Bring strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React, including modern hooks and state management.
- Have experience building enterprise-grade applications; payments or financial services experience is preferred.
- Understand microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Have experience with REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Have strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Be familiar with authentication and security standards such as OAuth2 and JWT, and PCI-DSS awareness.
- Have experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Be proficient with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Be available to work 4–5 hours of overlap with the EST timezone.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Build and enhance payment processing systems, transaction workflows, and integrations with external providers.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement responsive user interfaces with React.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of payment systems.
- Apply secure coding practices aligned with financial and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in system design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
