Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, and/or fundraising in the nonprofit space.
- Demonstrate success planning and executing digital and multichannel campaigns.
- Bring excellent written communication skills for crafting fundraising messaging.
- Have strong graphic design skills, including experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Bring data analysis and audience segmentation skills.
- Have experience using CRMs or databases and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bring a client-service mindset for managing multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Hillel is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create, write, design, and distribute digital and direct-response fundraising campaigns across email, direct mail, texting, social media, and web.
- Develop annual fundraising and marketing campaign calendars with stewardship touchpoints, appeals, renewal messaging, and email newsletters.
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, personalization, audience targeting, and nonprofit industry trends.
- Analyze campaign performance, use CRMs for audience segmentation, and provide web support related to fundraising.
- Lead audience acquisition efforts for parents, alumni, and donors.
- Lead initiatives such as Giving Days and text campaigns.
- Partner with campus staff on brand cohesion, storytelling, and client service.
- Manage multiple timelines and concurrent projects across campus clients.
