Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
- Bring experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or another regulated industry, ideally.
- Demonstrate success planning and executing go-to-market launches and campaigns.
- Have experience developing buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks grounded in customer and market data.
- Be able to simplify complex ideas, shape value propositions, and communicate with clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Use data to measure impact and inform positioning, messaging, and campaign decisions.
- Have a track record creating sales enablement content and collateral and training client-facing teams.
- Have experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo, and content or collateral design tools such as Canva.
- Be comfortable using AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of marketing execution.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product and feature launches, coordinating timelines and messaging across product, marketing, sales, and client services.
- Develop and maintain product messaging documents, positioning frameworks, and packaging narratives.
- Train marketing colleagues on product and feature enhancements and review marketing content for accuracy and messaging alignment.
- Use GenAI workflows and identify AI-enabled tools to improve marketing execution.
- Equip Sales and Client Services with product narratives, collateral, training, and tools.
- Execute customer engagement programs through email, release announcements, webinars, and events.
- Maintain customer case studies, testimonials, and proof points for sales and demand generation.
- Ensure product- and customer-facing materials align with brand voice, compliance requirements, and healthcare industry standards.
- Partner with product management on buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze customer, CRM, marketing, buyer-intent, firmographic, and third-party industry data to inform positioning and messaging.
