Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, medical, B2B, or B2B2C marketing.
- Demonstrated success managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to use data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence practice leadership and internal stakeholders through clear recommendations and strategic guidance.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaign management, digital marketing strategy, analytics and reporting, and budget management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, common marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing analytics.
- Internet connectivity of at least 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload is required to support remote/hybrid employee functionality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with practice leadership and Key Account Managers to develop customized marketing strategies and annual plans.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and refine campaigns across digital, email, print, social media, direct mail, websites, and community outreach.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, creative development, production, approvals, and execution with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners.
- Advise assigned practices on patient acquisition and retention, physician marketing, referral relationships, and community outreach.
- Conduct in-market and on-site customer visits, assess practice marketing needs, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Creative, Digital Marketing, Content, and Operations teams on marketing solutions.
- Monitor analytics and CRM reporting, analyze campaign and customer performance, and recommend improvements.
- Manage practice marketing budgets and coordinate vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
