Job Details

Have 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering expertise.
Bring deep production proficiency in Go for backend services.
Bring deep production proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend interfaces.
Have applied experience designing, building, and tuning algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks.
Have experience with API gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures.
Have hands-on experience with relational databases, including Postgres.
Have hands-on experience with AWS cloud deployments.
Have experience with event-driven messaging and data pipeline integrations.
Have fluent professional English communication skills for cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment.
Be registered with Mexico’s tax authority (SAT) under an applicable business tax regime and issue valid electronic CFDI invoices.
Engage under an independent B2B service agreement.

Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and React/TypeScript surfaces for Capacity Matching and the Inflect Gateway.
Evolve matching, confidence-scoring, and cost-optimization logic to meet precision and explainability requirements.
Serve as secondary owner and backup for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster.
Participate in cross-coverage, incident response support, and pull-request assessments.
Partner with Data Foundation and Lead-to-Cash pods on source-data quality and gateway transaction integrations.
Deliver well-tested, observable code under the pod lead's technical direction.
