Requirements
- Have a strong background as a Laboratory Instrument Analyst.
- Have hands-on experience with laboratory instrument integration and support.
- Have experience building, modifying, and validating complex instrument rules, calculations, and result-processing logic.
- Have experience supporting Roche instrumentation and the NAVIFY platform.
- Have experience implementing and interfacing new laboratory instruments with the Clinisys/Sunquest LIS.
Responsibilities
- Build, modify, and validate complex instrument rules, calculations, and result-processing logic.
- Provide hands-on laboratory instrument integration and support.
- Configure and support Roche laboratory instrumentation and the NAVIFY platform.
- Implement and interface new laboratory instruments with the Clinisys/Sunquest LIS.
- Support instrument configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot instrument integrations, result processing, and related technical issues.
- Work with laboratory, LIS, and technical teams on instrument implementations and ongoing operations.
- Handle laboratory instrument break/fix and request tasks, and provide general laboratory support when needed.
