- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
- Demonstrate success collaborating virtually on remote projects.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Analyze computer systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement within customer projects.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop business process models using industry-standard methodologies.
- Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Collaborate virtually with project managers, developers, and other professionals.
- Contribute domain expertise to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.
