Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP.
- Have experience with SQL and visualization tools for data querying, visualization, and dashboard creation.
- Have experience working with complex datasets to perform data analysis, extract actionable insights, and support business decision-making.
- Have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Be accountable within demanding deadlines.
- Experience with voice- or chat-based dialog systems is a plus.
- Production-level NLU, NLP, or agentic solutions experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Write SQL queries, build reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and run analyses.
- Identify optimization opportunities in system performance and production data.
- Review real drive-thru dialogs and spot error patterns.
- Propose actionable improvements to accuracy and user experience.
- Implement semantic models and conversation flows using machine-learning and rule-based techniques, as well as LLMs.
- Thoroughly test semantic models and conversation flows.
