Job Details

Have served as a people leader at a scaling B2B SaaS company in the $30M–$150M ARR range.
Have led organizations through a growth stage and understand how to help people adapt how they work in a changing environment.
Have hands-on experience as an HRBP.
Understand how to partner with the business.
Have a point of view on how AI can advance people practices and how individuals and teams operate.
Be prepared to put AI approaches into practice.
Communicate clearly and empathetically in a remote setting.
Be comfortable measuring and adjusting work while balancing performance goals with long-term vision.

Lead the team responsible for the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through people and organizational development.
Own global compensation, organizational design, performance management, employee retention, and engagement programs.
Maintain a scalable, values-driven, and accountable culture, and own systems that support remote work and collaboration.
Define and track measures of people and program health, and share progress with leadership and the business.
Use data to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and adjust strategy as signals change.
Build and execute talent and recruiting strategies, partnering with hiring managers through the hiring process.
Apply an AI lens to People team work and help team members leverage AI effectively.
Align People programs with business needs and Help Scout's strategic narrative.
Establish planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms for the People team.
