Requirements
- Have served as a people leader at a scaling B2B SaaS company in the $30M–$150M ARR range.
- Have led organizations through a growth stage and helped people adapt how they work in a changing environment.
- Have hands-on experience as an HRBP and understand how to partner with the business.
- Have a point of view on how AI can advance people practices and how individuals and teams operate.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in a remote setting.
- Be comfortable balancing performance goals with long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through people and organizational development.
- Own global compensation, organizational design, performance management, employee retention, and engagement programs.
- Maintain a scalable, values-driven, accountable culture and own systems that support remote work and collaboration.
- Define and measure the health of people programs, share progress with leadership and the business, and use data to guide decisions.
- Build and execute a talent strategy, including recruiting strategy and partnership with hiring managers.
- Apply an AI lens to the People team's work and help team members use AI more effectively.
- Align People programs with business needs and the company's strategic narrative.
- Establish planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms for the team.
