SalaryThe national pay range for this role is $242,700- $315,700. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Requirements
- Have experience leading Product Marketing as the top PMM executive in an enterprise B2B SaaS company with $150M+ ARR.
- Have built an offer strategy, packaging, or commercialization discipline rather than only operating one designed by someone else.
- Show measurable revenue, adoption, or customer-value impact from packaging or offer decisions.
- Demonstrate strong people leadership and stakeholder management.
- Have shaped a narrative that shifted perception with analysts, buyers, customers, or a category, with demonstrable commercial impact.
- Be commercially minded, product minded, and fluent in how Product, Engineering, and Design build and bring products to market.
- Demonstrate daily AI use, measurable changes to team operations, and practical understanding of AI-powered products.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, B2B2C businesses, or products serving enterprise and consumer audiences is highly valuable.
Responsibilities
- Own Greenhouse's company, category, product, and AI narratives, including Analyst Relations.
- Establish offer strategy and define products, audiences, tiers, bundles, add-ons, and segments.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for employer and job seeker audiences.
- Build a tiered launch process that provides releases with appropriate strategic and market support.
- Partner with the CRO and Revenue leadership on sales readiness for launched products.
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing team and establish its operating rhythm.
- Grow Competitive Intelligence into a market and customer Insights function.
- Partner with Product, Pricing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and CGS to connect product decisions with market needs and commercial outcomes.
- Establish Product Marketing measurement using market perception, launch impact, adoption, customer value, retention, and offer performance.
