Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement, customer marketing, or a closely related technology role.
- Show a track record of improving a commercial or customer outcome, such as win rate, adoption, retention, expansion, or frontline effectiveness.
- Have experience translating complex product capabilities into clear positioning and practical tools for customer-facing teams.
- Demonstrate customer and market judgment by connecting objections, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and churn or adoption signals to business actions.
- Build repeatable workflows that scale with product velocity and help teams act effectively.
- Bring excellent writing and presentation skills to create compelling value propositions and useful frontline assets.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing.
- Actively use AI to work faster without sacrificing accuracy, judgment, or customer empathy.
Responsibilities
- Build positioning, messaging, proof points, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, and customer stories to improve competitive win rates.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to identify what helps teams close, onboard, adopt, retain, and expand customers.
- Identify adoption blockers and churn risks, then turn product capabilities into retention and expansion plays.
- Create scalable enablement systems and workflows that keep frontline teams current.
- Bring win/loss insight, customer feedback, competitive context, and adoption signals into Product and Marketing planning.
- Define priority audiences and customer behaviors, then build GTM programs to influence those behaviors.
- Partner with Product early to clarify customer problems, sharpen value propositions, and strengthen GTM motions.
- Use launches, customer communications, in-product moments, and other channels when they drive measurable customer or commercial outcomes.
- Use AI to improve the speed and quality of research, content creation, analysis, and enablement while maintaining accuracy.
