Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional product management experience, preferably with large-scale consumer products.
- Demonstrate experience growing consumer products through improvements to user experience, engagement, and retention.
- Write SQL queries from scratch and use data to solve complex product problems and guide decisions.
- Have experience developing long-term product strategies and roadmaps, establishing OKRs, defining success metrics, and running and measuring experiments.
- Have experience collaborating with engineering, product management, data science, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Bring a strong interest in rapid experimentation, continuous testing, learning, and iteration.
- Define meaningful team goals and success metrics and track progress against broader business objectives.
- Demonstrate independent problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Influence and align stakeholders around shared goals through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage ambiguity and competing priorities with strategic thinking and strong execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute the product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement, focused on user value, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned with team priorities and broader business objectives.
- Work with design, engineering, data science, and product teams to identify user problems, capture opportunities, and manage a prioritized backlog.
- Participate in quarterly planning to define initiatives, resolve dependencies, and establish data-driven priorities.
- Define team goals, success metrics, and measurable outcomes aligned with broader business objectives.
- Design, run, and evaluate product experiments to test, learn, and improve the user experience.
- Analyze feature and experiment results, communicate findings, and translate learnings into product decisions.
- Use data and user insights to identify opportunities for more personalized and effective product experiences.
- Conduct market and usability research to understand customer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and partnerships teams to launch and maintain features that contribute to user growth and engagement.
