Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field, including platform- or brand-level experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in customer-backed positioning and messaging architecture, including frameworks adopted and maintained across teams.
- Have experience partnering on product-led growth motions, including funnel strategy, trial optimization, self-serve acquisition, and Growth collaboration.
- Translate product strategy and roadmap inputs into positioning for capabilities before launch.
- Bring experience with SaaS pricing and packaging, including competitive analysis, willingness-to-pay research or inputs, and packaging trade-offs.
- Understand websites as marketing and conversion channels, including information architecture, positioning, and conversion thinking.
- Develop enablement resources that address frontline needs and improve customer conversations.
- Work confidently with funnel and campaign data, with strong writing and messaging skills.
- Create playbooks and structure in ambiguous environments, balancing speed with pressure-testing assumptions.
- Communicate and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Growth, Web, Design, and customer-facing teams, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare SaaS or another highly regulated industry is a meaningful plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the core platform positioning and messaging architecture, including its value proposition, communication pillars, claims, metrics, and proof points.
- Contribute platform value framing, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and funnel performance data to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Partner with Product leadership to translate roadmap capabilities into positioning and align current messaging with future product direction.
- Partner with growth channels on audience targeting, messaging, trial experiences, website strategy, funnel motions, and acquisition conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Web, Design, and other teams on information architecture, customer experiences, campaigns, demos, video, and marketing assets.
- Develop talk tracks, competitive responses, messaging frameworks, and playbooks for Support, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams.
- Build scalable marketing systems and playbooks, using customer, campaign, and funnel data to test assumptions and improve messaging.
