Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in data entry, research, administrative work, or customer support.
- Have a strong interest in online research, OSINT, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Be comfortable communicating in English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, including filtering, sorting, and organizing data.
- Be detail-oriented and able to spot inconsistencies.
- Be self-driven, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online OSINT research to verify corporate entities, locate key personnel, and find accurate contact information.
- Review IPs, domains, usage logs, and company data to identify and document potential software misuse.
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry to keep the CRM organized and up to date.
- Compile gathered data into clear spreadsheets and reports for the broader team.
- Work with teammates to move cases forward.
- Learn search techniques and help improve data collection processes.
