Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience building web products across frontend and backend.
- Have strong experience with Next.js on the frontend.
- Have strong experience with Django and PostgreSQL on the backend.
- Have hands-on experience managing servers and working with Linux.
- Bring an eye for clean UX/UI and details such as animations, shadows, and polish.
- Have shipped a product with real users, ideally in a startup, as a founder, or through side projects.
- Be used to driving work independently.
- Actively use AI tools to improve productivity and work quality, and identify pragmatic applications for AI in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Own product features from idea to release without needing a detailed spec for every task.
- Build refined, well-designed interfaces in Next.js.
- Implement and maintain backend features in Django and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate third-party AI model APIs.
- Look after servers and keep the platform reliable as it handles user data.
- Use AI coding tools daily to move fast without compromising quality.
- Proactively propose what to build next.
