Requirements
- Have previous sales experience.
- Have previous lead-generation experience.
- Demonstrate strong reading and comprehension skills.
- Have strong written skills for email campaigns and understanding service packages.
- Have fluent spoken English with a neutral accent preferred for discovery calls and closing sales.
- Be willing to learn the client's digital marketing packages, sales process, and handoff procedures.
- Have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
- Have a working webcam.
- Have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAM.
- Have a main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps via cable.
- Have a backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Research prospects and work targeted lead lists.
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Qualify prospects and book discovery appointments.
- Explain digital marketing packages and close deals.
- Collect payments from clients.
- Transition closed clients to the technical team.
