Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of Oracle WebCenter Content / Records Management and enterprise DMS experience.
  • Bring hands-on and lead experience designing and configuring WebCenter Content, document capture, versioning, access control, and search.
  • Demonstrate expertise in retention schedules, records declaration, legal holds, archival, disposition, and audit evidence.
  • Have practical experience with OCR, enterprise search, bilingual/Arabic search requirements, and terminology governance.
  • Have experience integrating WebCenter with Oracle Fusion attachments, business processes, OIC/APIs, and APEX or approved extensions.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting content migrations and object mapping, and enforcing security for restricted documents, record/field access, and audit trails.
  • Be able to produce WebCenter configuration baselines and MD.050/MD.070 design inputs, and own testing and handover activities.
  • Preferred: Provide enterprise taxonomy and metadata design examples, and experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM with WebCenter repositories.
  • Preferred: Have experience with large repository migrations, structured reconciliation, framework documentation, production supportability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise document and records-management design, implementation, and configuration baselines using Oracle WebCenter Content/Records Management.
  • Define document capture, metadata and taxonomy models, classification, versioning, access controls, and search requirements.
  • Establish records declaration, retention schedules, legal holds, archival, disposition, and audit evidence with business records owners.
  • Confirm requirements for OCR, bilingual/Arabic search, and terminology validation.
  • Design document integrations with Oracle Fusion attachments, Enterprise Contracts, OIC/API connections, and approved extensions.
  • Support content migration strategies and object mapping, own system integration testing for content and records scope, and support business UAT.
  • Coordinate with the Security Lead on restricted content, record/field access, privileged content, audit trails, and retention compliance.
  • Finalize operational procedures, performance metrics, retention and audit controls, administration and user documentation, and handover materials.
