Requirements
- Have 12+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- Bring strong expertise in Java and Scala development.
- Bring strong frontend development expertise using Angular 19, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.
- Have experience building on-premise systems using Angular, GraphQL APIs, RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understand distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, and secure software design principles.
- Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Have experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Kiro, or similar platforms.
- Be able to evaluate and improve AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
- Have experience with observability, monitoring, and production support practices.
- Be able to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Have strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Have experience with large code-base products or enterprise-grade software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance backend services using Java and Scala.
- Build and evolve GraphQL APIs, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Develop frontend services using Angular 19, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.
- Maintain integration with Keycloak IAM for user authentication and authorization.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and practices for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.
- Drive observability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence across services.
- Participate in monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
- Support production systems through on-call participation, incident management, and service improvements.
- Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
