Job Details

Have proven experience driving process improvements and implementing system enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
Have a sound understanding of management accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements.
Have advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including structured issue analysis and resolution.
Show strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and reviewing work outputs.
Bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Have an interest in data, systems, and continuous process optimisation.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or a similar FP&A platform is desirable.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related discipline is desirable.

Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements across finance systems and reporting platforms.
Support system improvements through requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, reporting development, and release activities.
Maintain system integrity, governance standards, and data consistency as a Finance Systems Super User.
Analyse, validate, reconcile, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
Use advanced Excel capabilities to investigate issues, support month-end activities, develop reports, and provide business insights.
Identify and deliver opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced reporting.
Support data integrations and ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of information across finance systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and wider business teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
