Requirements
- Have 3+ years of software sales experience.
- Be fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have experience selling identity access management solutions, including privileged access management (PAM).
- Have a track record of selling software into IT organizations.
- Have experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Have Salesforce experience.
- Have web-conference demonstration experience.
- Have a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of the Information Security industry.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs.
Responsibilities
- Target new customers through cold outreach and lead-generation campaigns via phone calls and emails.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with Portuguese- and English-speaking customers.
- Schedule sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis.
- Ensure customers are on an active Keeper contract.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Keeper products and stay informed about changes, updates, and new products.
- Participate in cold-call and role-play activities and shadow colleagues’ cold calls.
- Develop relationships with prospective customer contacts and use sales resources to identify new business targets.
- Use Salesforce to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity, and facilitate proposal reviews for new business opportunities.
