Requirements
- Have proven experience building an enablement, training, or customer education function and establishing its operating model.
- Bring hands-on experience delivering training both in person and online.
- Have experience designing programmes or certifications in an LMS for thousands of end users.
- Have experience enabling end users at enterprise client organisations at scale.
- Have a proven track record running customer-facing onboarding and adoption journeys.
- Experience with high-touch and self-serve enablement models is a plus.
- Financial services, wealth management, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
- Experience automating customer training journeys is a plus.
- Scale-up or start-up experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own enablement for Assist and Detect, defining effective approaches for different user types and customer segments.
- Design and launch certification programmes with LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges.
- Build scalable onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training programmes.
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions when needed.
- Establish the team's operational processes, scheduling rhythm, and quality expectations.
- Track engagement, completion, adoption, and competency, and use the data to improve programmes.
- Hire, coach, and grow the enablement team.
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales.
