Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading a platform, DevEx or infrastructure team.
- Strong AWS knowledge, including ECS Fargate, S3, RDS, Lambda, EventBridge, SNS and SQS.
- Hands-on Terraform experience.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform Cloud and Cloudflare.
- Comfort using observability tools to identify performance and reliability issues.
- Fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Ability to translate AI enablement into a data-grounded roadmap for senior stakeholders.
- A track record of developing engineers at all levels and coaching other managers.
- Comfort taking ownership of work across multiple domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal developer platform as a product and lead the DevEx roadmap.
- Lead adoption of agentic tooling across the organization and translate AI ambitions into a data-grounded roadmap.
- Improve CI/CD, test tooling and operational health, including SLOs and DORA metrics.
- Own production incidents that cross domain boundaries.
- Line-manage and develop engineers across Platform and Quality Engineering.
- Coach other managers and shape DevEx recruiting.
- Partner with the Lead DevSecOps Engineer on infrastructure costs and supplier relationships across AWS, GCP and tooling vendors.
