- Have experience in account management, upselling, and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver engaging presentations.
- Work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Bring a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and nurture existing accounts.
- Deliver consultations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct remote phone or virtual sales conversations with qualified prospects.
- Present solutions, address objections, and close sales.
- Use CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Analyze sales data.
- Provide customer service throughout the sales process.
