Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage follow-ups and priorities independently.
Comfort communicating with business professionals and learning to discuss services clearly without overstating their value.
Reliable internet access, a suitable remote-work environment, and ability to participate in virtual meetings.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
A proactive, coachable mindset, resilience when prospects decline, and commitment to ethical, respectful outreach.

Research organizations and identify prospective clients whose needs may align with Suricats Consulting’s services.
Support outbound outreach through professional email, phone calls, and business networking platforms.
Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Ask questions to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and potential interest in consulting support.
Qualify leads using established criteria and schedule introductory conversations or meetings for appropriate team members.
Follow up with prospects respectfully and consistently.
Maintain contact details, activity notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates in the company’s CRM or other approved tools.
Prepare prospect research and assist with sales materials, presentations, and meeting coordination.
Share prospect feedback and support consistent messaging with sales, marketing, and consulting colleagues.
