- Have a goal-oriented mindset and drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Be willing to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate leads in the primary care sector.
- Qualify leads by understanding practice needs and assessing fit for Aledade's value-based care model.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in the CRM system and Outreach.io.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead-generation quotas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Aledade's solutions to communicate value propositions to prospects.
