Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in legal operations, including some experience leading the function.
- Bring deep expertise in legal technology, including CLM platforms, e-billing systems, and matter management tools.
- Have experience supporting global teams.
- Bring strong analytical skills and experience gathering metrics to inform business decisions.
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Have previous experience at a high-growth technology or AI company.
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive while maintaining accuracy across multiple priorities.
- Be comfortable working independently in a distributed, high-trust environment.
Responsibilities
- Improve the Legal operating model and identify work for the team and opportunities for automation.
- Manage the legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, and e-billing systems.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking.
- Work with automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change how work is done across the team.
- Define metrics and build dashboards showing team priorities, workload, and performance.
- Partner with Finance, IT, FDE, and business teams to align legal processes with company operations.
