Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of software development experience.
- Have substantial recent hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Demonstrate ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture.
- Understand component design, state management, REST API integration, and asynchronous programming.
- Have hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tools.
- Have experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Know accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and secure web development.
- Have professional English communication skills and be able to explain technical decisions clearly.
- Work independently on production-ready solutions, make architectural decisions, identify technical risks, and coach developers.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, particularly PCF controls.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or API Management.
- Preferred: experience with design systems, UI libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive React applications and reusable component libraries using TypeScript.
- Apply modern React practices, including functional components, hooks, state management, and modular architecture.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization.
- Implement automated unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and quality gates using Azure DevOps.
- Optimize applications for accessibility, performance, browser compatibility, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, address technical debt, and establish front-end engineering standards.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
- Document technical decisions and transfer knowledge to internal developers.
