Requirements
- Have experience in a customer service setting.
- Communicate effectively in English and French for Quebec/New Brunswick.
- Work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a remote home office environment.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Bring strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and time management.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Use Microsoft Office and technology confidently.
- A post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree is preferred.
- Experience in reimbursement, call center or pharmaceutical industry, health insurance, or clinical support is an asset.
- Knowledge of medical information, Salesforce CRM systems, and pharmacy operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patients throughout their medication journey, providing reimbursement, copay management, and pharmacy coordination.
- Contact patients to gather information and explain program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and coverage support.
- Coordinate prescription coverage and renewals with pharmacies, insurance companies, and other partners.
- Collaborate with Field Case Managers and the broader care network to support patient onboarding and ongoing care.
- Adapt services to clinic and pharmacy models and connect with preferred pharmacy teams and biologic coordinators as needed.
- Anticipate challenges, resolve problems, and provide tailored guidance to patients.
- Manage adverse event reporting and complete additional program support duties as assigned.
