Job Details

Have 10 to 13+ years of product design experience shipping software products.
Provide a design portfolio showing strategic judgment, systems thinking, and craft at the pixel level.
Have defined design strategy across multiple product areas or complex systems and be able to show business outcomes.
Have built, scaled, or materially shaped a design system adopted by an organization.
Have a deep technical understanding of how designs are built.
Demonstrate command of product strategy, business needs, and UX tactics for user-centered outcomes.
Use experiments and quantitative data to inform decisions.
Communicate and explain design rationale to executives, engineers, and founders.
Have a track record of mentoring designers and raising a team's bar.
Have deep mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools, and adopt new tools quickly.

Lead design projects of significant scope, complexity, and responsibility across Wander OS.
Define design direction across operator onboarding, calendar and reservations, pricing, guest communication, payments, distribution, and reporting.
Turn complex product systems into simple, fast, obvious interfaces.
Define how AI agents work in Wander OS, including autonomy, operator supervision, and trust.
Own the Wander OS design system, including patterns, components, tokens, and governance.
Represent design in cross-functional teams and improve the team's tools, patterns, and processes.
Mentor and guide designers, run critique, identify skill gaps, and partner with the CPO on scaling the design function.
Conduct research with operators, synthesize findings, and bring insights into the roadmap.
Prototype, test with operators, and ship design solutions.
