Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces.
- Bring curiosity about AI and actively explore new technologies.
- Demonstrate strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Take user problems from initial idea to high-fidelity solution.
- Be proficient in Figma.
- Be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on what is learned.
- B2B data or marketing product experience is a bonus.
- Experience with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build new products and tools for marketing teams using the Agents product suite.
- Rapidly create designs and prototypes to demonstrate and iterate on design thinking.
- Conduct customer research sessions and synthesize insights from usage data and feedback.
- Use customer and product insights to influence product direction and prioritization.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details.
