Requirements

  • Master's degree; OR bachelor's degree and 2 years of marketing and/or business experience aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization; OR associate's degree and 6 years of that experience; OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years of that experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, science, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing, commercial operations, medical marketing, meetings and events, or complex cross-functional programs preferred.
  • Experience supporting promotional marketing materials and promotional review, including the Material Approval Compliance (MAC) process, preferred.
  • Neurology, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple timelines, details, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, trackers, and operational reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with Veeva, Workday, SAP/Ariba, or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrated Medical Marketing calendar, workback plans, action logs, status trackers, and core documentation.
  • Coordinate planning, status, preparation, and debrief meetings; prepare materials, capture decisions and actions, and follow up with owners.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase-order and invoice coordination, forecast inputs, and reconciliation activities.
  • Support congress planning and execution, including project plans, readiness meetings, deliverable tracking, communications, vendor coordination, and closeout.
  • Maintain speaker and program-readiness trackers and coordinate speaker training operations, materials, records, and follow-up.
  • Support marketing-led HCP education and engagement programs with project plans, materials routing, stakeholder communications, logistics, budget tracking, and closeout.
  • Provide planning and logistics support for advisory boards and other approved insight-generation activities.
  • Organize field-insight submissions, maintain intake processes, track follow-up questions, and prepare summaries and readout materials.
  • Maintain insight repositories and action trackers, and take on defined process-improvement, dashboard, content-workflow, or program assignments.
