Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a master’s degree in a related discipline is also relevant.
- Bring 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience; approximately 10 years is preferred.
- Have strong knowledge of integrated marketing, brand strategy, campaign development, paid media, content strategy, and multichannel communications.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate timelines, and translate strategic priorities into execution.
- Have experience directing external agency partners across campaign planning, media strategy, budgets, execution, and performance reporting.
- Apply strong editorial judgment to develop, review, and refine content for different audiences and channels.
- Connect marketing activity to organizational objectives while balancing brand consistency, audience needs, performance, and execution.
- Influence and guide stakeholders across teams and organizational levels.
- Have project management, prioritization, and coordination skills for concurrent initiatives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and incorporate inclusive perspectives into marketing work.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of brand strategy initiatives and manage campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage agency relationships and direct paid media strategy, including planning, budget allocation, audience strategy, execution, and performance reporting.
- Lead planning and execution for Volunteer Engagement and Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month initiatives.
- Provide marketing guidance to field teams and stakeholders to support effective, consistent execution.
- Set strategic direction for content across earned media, social media, direct marketing, and other channels.
- Review and edit marketing copy and advise partners on content effectiveness, messaging, and brand standards.
- Direct development of marketing materials, advertising assets, website and landing-page content, merchandise, and other collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, volunteers, agencies, and external partners to align and deliver marketing initiatives.
- Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion into marketing strategy, content, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
