Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Bring experience supporting commercial, sales, retail, or account management teams.
- Have intermediate-to-good Excel skills, including maintaining reports, tracking data, and preparing commercial summaries.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Be comfortable working with order management, sales, stock, promotional, and commercial reporting data.
- Be able to interpret information, identify discrepancies, and highlight potential issues.
- Understand sales coordination and commercial support, and be able to coordinate orders, shipments, stock, product launches, promotions, or retailer requirements.
- Be able to monitor deadlines, follow up with relevant teams, and proactively resolve or escalate issues.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, including Sales and Account Managers, retailers, internal departments, and overseas teams.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Expedite customer orders from international and national FOB, palletised, and DSV sources.
- Check ship window availability with product and CN, and flag non-conforming dates.
- Manage the Order Status Document, input orders for team review, and follow up when securing production is critical.
- Interpret FOB shipment information from the China team and highlight issues.
- Coordinate with the China team, retailer merchandising teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve or escalate issues.
- Build and maintain reports, including promotional calendars, estimates versus actuals, and retailer accruals versus spend files.
- Process retailer SOA claims against pre-agreed metrics and support SOA and promotional confirmations.
- Coordinate retailer product set-ups, deadlines, and launch dates.
- Manage order planning, stock, and sales inputs, and build presentations for range, pallet, and WIGIG offers.
- Prepare the base for commercial summaries while the National Account Manager or Channel Manager retains ownership of the commercials.
