Requirements
- Bring 2–5 years of experience in promotional products, merchandising, product sourcing, graphic design, or a related sales-support role.
- Have working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; expert-level proficiency is not required.
- Be able to identify vector and raster files and work with PMS color matching.
- Have experience sourcing through supplier or vendor networks such as ASI, PPAI, or similar platforms.
- Be able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Communicate strongly in spoken and written English.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, multimedia/fine arts, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAGE, ESP, Distributor Central, or commonsku is preferred.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with print/production proofing and international shipping/import logistics is an advantage.
- Experience in a boutique or full-service marketing/branding agency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source promotional products from supplier networks to match client budgets, branding needs, and industry trends.
- Build curated product collections, mood boards, catalogs, and presentation decks for clients and the sales team.
- Design branded product mockups in Adobe Illustrator, including logo placement, color proofs, and virtual samples.
- Maintain and expand supplier relationships to stay current on products, pricing, and lead times.
- Support the sales team with proposal materials, pricing sheets, and client-ready presentations.
- Track sourcing requests and product samples through fulfillment, coordinating timelines with suppliers.
- Monitor promotional product trends and bring product ideas to the sales team and clients.
