Job Details

Languages: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience.

Hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Have 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or other relevant experience.
Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and detail.
Be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
Be proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
Understand marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Have strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Be able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Create logos, innovative artwork, and pre-production artwork.
Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and edit photos to enhance visuals.
Create typesetting and layout designs.
Design website mockups with compelling images.
Create item templates and redraw items using specifications and photos.
Maintain brand standards while exploring creative possibilities.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
Work closely with clients' ideas and manage their expectations.
