Requirements
- Have 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, or a related field; internships and personal projects count.
- Have strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including what makes content perform on each.
- Demonstrate organization and follow-through, especially with spreadsheets and trackers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing for outreach and cross-team coordination.
- Be comfortable juggling many small, execution-heavy tasks and deadlines.
- Bring curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Short-form UGC-style video filming and editing experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar is a nice to have.
- Basic design skills with Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar are a nice to have.
- Experience with creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing is a nice to have.
- Interest in or familiarity with crypto, tokenized assets, and FX trading communities is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Find creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for UGC and marketing, build a detailed creator spreadsheet, and handle first-touch outreach.
- Coordinate internally and externally to manage content pipelines.
- Film and produce simple UGC when comfortable.
- Execute and organize basic design work for social posts, banners, affiliate creatives, and similar off-site graphics.
- Run competitor and market research to support marketing initiatives, promos, campaigns, and partnership conversations.
- Help keep social, email, paid, and affiliates aligned on offers, dates, and assets.
- Provide engagement and reply support on social channels.
