Experience
7+ years experience calling on federal civilian accounts in a field sales capacity

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience calling on federal civilian accounts in a field sales capacity.
  • Have experience in the data storage or data management software industry.
  • Have consistently exceeded assigned sales quotas.
  • Have originated and closed complex sales involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Have managed consultative sales processes with value-based impacts or outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • Be a US citizen residing on US soil.
  • Active security clearance is preferred.
  • Be flexible to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned goals for new license revenue and customer renewals.
  • Produce reliable, accurate forecasts through high activity levels and broad account coverage.
  • Prospect for new accounts, build pipeline, expand existing accounts, and develop relationships to maintain an active deal pipeline.
  • Manage complex deal cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping through negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process.
  • Identify value and ROI to support customer needs.
  • Sell Collibra software, support, and services to prospects and existing customers.
  • Manage assigned large accounts and serve as a data intelligence advisor throughout the customer journey.
