Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience; 5+ years of experience monitoring production systems, tuning alerts, responding to production incidents, and improving service reliability.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including test-driven development and UI/API design.
Strong experience with modern engineering technologies; React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails are preferred.
Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture and experience with microfrontend concepts or comparable approaches.
5+ years of experience monitoring production systems, tuning alerts, responding to production incidents, and improving service reliability.
Demonstrated ability to identify technical investments and architectural improvements that strengthen stability, performance, and scalability.
Experience building or contributing to modern CI/CD systems that support deterministic and dependable releases.
Ability to influence architecture, establish technical standards, guide engineering practices, and contribute to complex initiatives.
Ability to balance short-term priorities with longer-term technical goals and recommend sustainable engineering outcomes.
Experience working remotely and effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Demonstrated ability to support the growth and development of less-experienced engineers.

Architect, develop, and maintain the runtime platform for customized frontend experiences.
Design and implement scalable user interfaces using microfrontend concepts.
Improve templating capabilities for building and customizing platform experiences.
Develop platform capabilities and supporting services using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Ruby.
Produce clean, efficient, well-tested, and well-documented code.
Explain technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams on large-scale technical initiatives.
Establish and evolve technical standards, engineering practices, and operational processes.
Support production UIs and services, including 24/7 operational coverage, with a focus on 99.99% uptime.
Build and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems, and mentor junior developers.
