Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience working in a software engineering capacity.
- Have excellent knowledge and experience with Python.
- Have production workload deployment experience on a public cloud, either GCP or AWS.
- Have fundamental Kubernetes skills, including familiarity with packaging and deploying applications to Kubernetes.
- Be familiar with implementing microservice architectures.
- Have experience using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab.
- Bring strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work with new tools and technologies without prior experience.
- Be comfortable being on video in internal and client meetings.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Additional programming languages such as Go are preferred.
- Experience with applications involving data, databases, and the data ecosystem is preferred.
- Familiarity with generative AI workflows, LangChain, and Streamlit is desirable; willingness to learn is expected.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and technical challenges.
- Develop technical solution designs and communicate their value to client teams.
- Develop delivery estimates and project plans.
- Lead the technical implementation team, make key technical decisions, and keep delivery on track.
- Use technologies such as Kubernetes, AI, and large language models to develop scalable cloud applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions from conceptualization through deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in cloud environments.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve cloud solutions and practices.
