Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery.
- Apply technical program management discipline and cybersecurity knowledge across multiple complex workstreams.
- Have experience managing external vendors and strategic partners, including contract governance, SLAs, data-sharing agreements, performance tracking, and relationship coordination.
- Have familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, AI vendor access programs, or technical program management in an AI-adjacent environment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into project deliverables, milestones, success criteria, and communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, and influence teams without direct authority.
- Take a proactive, accountable approach to problem-solving and process improvement in ambiguous environments.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms, or security operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with threat intelligence programs, the MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational lifecycle of threat intelligence partnerships, external data feeds, and internal intelligence-sharing programs.
- Lead partnership evaluation, onboarding, governance, renewals, performance tracking, and ongoing coordination.
- Support AI model access and vendor programs through usage tracking, planning, implementation, coordination, and reporting.
- Translate AI model capabilities and access requirements into project plans, milestones, success criteria, risk management activities, and delivery timelines.
- Lead high-visibility Threat Operations engagements, including industry evaluations, threat reports, and strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders, mitigate risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
- Develop standard operating procedures and structured program cadences for reviews, decisions, dependencies, KPIs, communications, and execution tracking.
- Identify operational friction and execution gaps and improve processes, tooling, and organizational practices.
