Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of program management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • MBA or master's degree in a related field is a bonus.
  • PMP or CSM certification is a bonus.
  • Healthcare-related certification or license, including health coaching, nutrition/dietetics, exercise science, physical therapy, or practice management, is a bonus.
  • Lean or Kaizen certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Document and manage business priorities, project governance plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones.
  • Develop solutions, identify owners, set delivery dates, and establish mechanisms to keep programs on track.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting care teams, member experience, or strategic, programmatic, and product goals.
  • Partner with teams across Health Coaching, Care Delivery, Clinical, Strategic Finance, Legal, HR, and Engineering/Product/Design to deliver the roadmap.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance business needs against constraints, and manage escalations.
  • Drive programs end-to-end and execute continuous improvement and new workflow implementation with minimal to no guidance.
  • Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and alignment, and communicate data-driven proposals, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Develop Care Team training materials, knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, business cases, and presentation decks.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess needs, scope projects, evaluate processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business insights and metrics, build business cases for new metrics, and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
