Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with technical depth in enterprise identity and security environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams, including coaching, performance management, hiring, and professional development.
- 5+ years of experience designing, consulting on, and delivering technical solutions for external customers.
- Expertise in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Extensive understanding of enterprise web technologies, cybersecurity, and modern identity architectures.
- Professional Services or consulting experience, including managing multiple customer engagements and workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience with resource forecasting, capacity planning, utilization management, change management, and escalation management.
- Ability to use reporting, metrics, and operational data to improve delivery performance and customer outcomes.
- Strong process improvement, planning, analytical, decision-making, and standards-development capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support customer and team engagements.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Professional Services Technical Architects.
- Provide direct management, coaching, and performance guidance to team members.
- Coordinate with partners and delivery enablement teams on performance, capability, and operational priorities.
- Manage customer relationships and communication among customers, project teams, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners.
- Oversee customer success, project expectations, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes across engagements.
- Support oversight of revenue, billings, customer satisfaction, resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
- Improve and standardize implementation methodologies, and conduct governance activities and audits of technical designs and deliverables.
- Lead process improvement and contribute to technical architecture practices, standards, methodologies, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage project dynamics, changes, escalations, concerns, and dependencies across multiple engagements and workstreams.
