Requirements
- Hold a currently active and unencumbered RN license.
- Have a BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
- Have at least 3 years of leadership experience, such as unit or clinic supervisor, charge nurse, preceptor, or another management role.
- Be comfortable adopting technology and integrating data and technical outputs into patient care.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage large caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proficient in navigating the internet and multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools, including Google and Slack.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with clinical infrastructure and hierarchies.
- Have strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of direct reports while providing limited clinical care.
- Address clinical and administrative concerns, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and staff coverage.
- Monitor team performance, SLAs, targets, KPIs, and Twin Service outcomes.
- Guide the development, organization, and communication of nursing and team policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of a US-based team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team leads and represent the team on initiatives and projects.
- Collect data, insights, and frontline feedback with teams to inform decisions.
- Support member self-care management using clinical judgment, data analysis, and critical thinking.
- Monitor member health trends, conduct lab reviews, and support medication management.
- Generate and analyze reports, identify trends and concerns, and maintain accurate confidential records.
